The hotel's location is great, close to the city center and restaurants. The rooms facing the pool were immaculate in presentation and comfort, but sadly, they were unhygienic and had plumbing issues leading to bathroom flooding. The service, especially from Mr Sanjiv Jha, was very nice and helpful, although additional charges for water were somewhat unexpected. The hotel's location makes it easy to find nearby pharmacies and it's central to the city. The dining options start late for tourists and the breakfast was just okay. Despite some issues, our stay was comfortable and convenient.
